• Inspections occur Monday thru Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. or by appointment
• The Building Commissioner will make a code compliance inspection of your property within 5 business days after receipt of this receipt.
• The $150 inspection fee is assessed according to City Ordinance (415.020) and is to be paid to the City of Northwoods, by cash or money order, prior to the inspection and prior to any occupancy of the property.
• The $150 fee includes an initial inspection and 1 (one) re-inspection. If a 3^rd inspection is needed, an additional $65 fee is required.
• Any violation(s) resulting from the home inspection(s) must be corrected prior to issuance of a “Certificate of Occupancy”.
• This inspection request is NOT a permit to occupy the address indicated above and this inspection request form expires 6 months from the date issued.
